At La Belle, physical activities are a part of effective weight loss. We encourage active activities, it could be cycling, aerobics, walking etc to clients who can handle vigorous physical activities and exercise. Any physical activity done by the client is encouraged. But not everyone can handle vigorous physical activities and exercise. This could be due to certain medical conditions or weakness of the muscles. So, to these individuals, we offer passive activities through scientifically proven appliances.
